DBS Remix is Singapore’s first bank by day, financial playground by night. It has redefined banking through principles of achieving aspiration, digital innovation & co-creation. The fun and quirky card was targeting youths, namely tertiary students as the first batch of brand influencers.
As part of the nationwide engagement initiative, they engaged Hoovix to develop a Facebook application for them, in addition to other publicity efforts in schools and along Orchard Road. On top of receiving 8000 submissions online, we witnessed a snowballing effect in the number of fans liking the page, from 700 to 27,000.
Subsequently, Hoovix played a pivotal role in the branding of other related cards and promotional activities, including the DBS Marina Regatta.
